Week Three…adding on the miles…

Starting this week we are now running for distance instead of time. This weeks goal is 15 miles broken down over four days. With how fast we were running the last two weeks this really is only adding on about 3 miles but it will still be difficult since we are going to have to run longer than we are used to on two of our training days. Today’s run however was pretty much the same as the past couple of weeks. We ran 3 miles which only took us 30:29 so we only ran an extra 29 more seconds 🙂

The book says that we should visualize our runs being easy so here it goes. Tomorrow’s 4 mile run is going to be cake! I can’t wait till we start running the really big distances!
