The first two steps to the 10 miler.

Well days one and two of this week were a success. Painful but I got through them. Its been beautiful all week and so it was in the 60s for both of my runs. The elevation along with the heat and the addition of a lot more hills has made the runs harder and more painful. I’ve not made it through a run without having to stop and catch my breath for a few seconds. I’m hoping that this will just help me in the long run but its making me very nervous for Sunday and my 10 miler. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
